Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 kg flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ cup brandy
  • 2 cups sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 1 cup almonds finely chopped
  • confectioner’s sugar

Preparation

Mix olive oil with sugar.
Add eggs and brandy. Slowly add flour. Knead till mixture doesn’t stick.
Add almonds and cinnamon.
Shape into oblong or round cakes and bake on greased baking pan for 20 min.
Let cool and sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
